Guarantee of Free Appropriate Education

The Board of Education guarantees the right to a free appropriate education for all school age persons regardless of handicap. The school system will arrange and provide for free evaluation services for any student who is suspected of having a handicap and of needing personalized educational accommodations and/or related services.

Parents may contact the school office of Students Internal Services, Section 504 Coordinator, Baldwin County Board of Education at 972-6860, for further information and/or to refer their child for an evaluation.
